1. Acceptance of the terms

By signing up to amateur.cash and using any of the affiliate program tools you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you must not access the service.

These terms form a legal agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and Tech 555, Inc., with registered address at PO Box 50624, Henderson, NV 89016, USA (the "Operator").

2. Eligibility and registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Registration requires truthful, verifiable information. We reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion.
• A person or entity may only hold one active affiliate account. Duplicate accounts will be blocked.
• Once you reach $600 in accumulated earnings, identity verification (KYC) will be requested, in line with standard industry practice.

3. Allowed and prohibited traffic

Accepted traffic: Organic SEO, paid traffic in the categories each ad platform allows, adult tubes, adult networks, email to opt-ins, private messaging (Telegram, Discord), adult social media.

Prohibited traffic:

• Incentivized, motivated or rewarded traffic
• Fraudulent, bot, automated or artificially generated traffic
• Co-registration, non-opt-in email or impersonation
• Traffic that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks
• Traffic that violates the end user's local legislation (especially age-verification rules in the UK, France, California and other jurisdictions)
• Brand bidding on terms related to Amateur.tv or SugarCams without express authorization

4. Commissions and payouts

• Base RevShare on users: from 20% lifetime, negotiable upwards based on volume, traffic quality and agreement.
• Commission on referred models: 5% lifetime on the earnings of the models you refer.
• Commission on referred affiliates: 5% lifetime on the commissions generated by affiliates who sign up with your link.
• Payouts on the 1st and 15th of every month. Minimum payout: $100 accumulated.
• Available methods: Paxum, CosmoPayment, YourSafe, bank transfer (Wire/ACH). Other methods on request depending on geography and volume.
• Commissions arising from fraudulent traffic, or traffic that violates these terms, may be voided retroactively.

5. Tracking and attribution

The system uses a combination of a cookie and a user hash to attribute every sign-up and purchase to your affiliate account permanently (lifetime). Tracking does not depend exclusively on the browser cookie.

Use of the REST API and S2S postbacks is subject to the current technical documentation and may carry reasonable usage quotas to guarantee service availability.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• We detect fraudulent or incentivized traffic, or traffic that violates these terms
• You provide false information during registration or verification
• You breach any applicable legal obligation
• Your account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

7. Intellectual property

All promotional materials (banners, videos, copy, widgets) are the property of the Operator and are licensed to the Affiliate solely to promote the Amateur.tv and SugarCams services. They may not be modified or used for other purposes without express authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect damages arising from the use of the program. Our maximum liability will never exceed the amounts paid to the Affiliate in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the registered address at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms; if you do not agree, you may close your account within that period.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada (USA), without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to the Affiliate by their local legislation. For any dispute, both parties first submit to an amicable written resolution process for 30 days before initiating any legal action.

If the amicable process does not resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the US Federal Arbitration Act, seated in Washoe County, Nevada. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties waive class actions, class-wide arbitrations and any proceeding in a representative capacity; claims may only be brought on an individual basis.

11. Complaints and intellectual property (DMCA)

For any complaint related to the affiliate program (commissions, tracking, account), write to [email protected]: we will acknowledge receipt and handle it with fairness and transparency. Complaints about the content of the Amateur.tv and SugarCams platforms (content removal, user refunds, abusive content) are governed by the platform's Complaint Policy and Procedures, available on its website, with [email protected] as the reporting channel.

If you believe any promotional material of the program infringes your intellectual property rights, send a DMCA notice to the designated agent: Tech 555 Inc, PO Box 50624, Henderson, NV 89016, USA · [email protected], including identification of the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement and your physical or electronic signature. Complaint correspondence and files are kept for 7 years.

12. Language of these terms

These terms were drafted in Spanish, which is their official and legally binding version. Any translations into other languages that we may provide are for information purposes only.
